In the first installment of the series, Lowe Gear and the Junk Guild attend a mobile suit parts auction on Earth where Lowe acquires a modified BuCUE head. He fastens it onto the arm of his Red Frame Astray, turning it into a dual beam saber. As Lowe tries to crack the combat data in the head, he is suddenly attacked by several ZAFT suits, including a CGUE DEEP Arms. The second episode revolves around Gai Murakamo, Blue Frame's pilot, and his Serpent Tail mercenaries as they take down a GINN High Mobility Type. However, their triumph is short-lived as they must confront the notorious Edward Harrelson, who has just destroyed a fleet of ZAFT ships in his Sword Calamity Gundam.
