Two years have passed since "Martian Successor Nadesico" ended and both Akito and Yurika have gone missing. The Jovians and Earthlings have come together and Ruri now commands Nadesico B. The Hisago Plan, a sophisticated transportation system centered around Boson Jumping, has been established and the Chulip portals that make up the network hold secrets concerning Bose particles and their capabilities. Unfortunately, a radical faction on Mars has gotten hold of this information and is causing chaos. The United Forces are at a loss for what to do and scramble to figure out a solution. In a last ditch effort, the former Nadesico crew is called back into action for a classified mission that could save humanity. But the question remains: Can this unconventional group unite to take on this challenge? Will they be able to beat the Martian faction to mastering Boson technology? And are Akito and Yurika still out there somewhere?
