Before Tsunami's coronation as the next ruler of the Magical Kingdom of Juraihelm, she has a crucial task of restoring balance in the universe. To aid her, Tsunami grants Sasami Kawai a magical baton that can transform her into a valiant warrior. Sasami now fights the forces of evil alongside Ryou-Ouki, a bunny-like creature. Initially, Sasami is hesitant to assume her duty not because of fear, but rather a sense of embarrassment. As Ramia plots against Tsunami, she employs Pixy Misa, her own magical girl, to create chaos and prevent the restoration of balance. Pixy Misa unleashes her Love-Love monsters causing widespread destruction, and Sasami must overcome her shyness and take on the role of the universe's champion of justice, aptly named Pretty Sammy.
