As Basara embarks on his mission to investigate a noise disruption throughout the galaxy, his journey hits a snag when he crashes onto a frigid planet that doesn't welcome him warmly. Despite the inhospitable locals, Basara finds a kindred spirit in Pedro, a Fire Bomber superfan who tracks their adventures on the Galaxy Network. During his time on the planet, Basara discovers that Emilia, a Meltrandi, is the culprit behind the sonic disturbance he's chasing, but she's grappling with her own challenges as she strives to compose her own music.
