The arrival of Guri, a peculiar girl, at Seiji Aino's doorstep turns his world upside down. She claims that she will perish if Seiji doesn't plant a kiss on someone within 24 hours. Seiji, mistaking her distress call for love, obliges her, unaware that she is actually a cosplay cupid with a Kiss Note that can unite any two names inscribed in it. When Guri misspells Seiji's name while indulging in yaoi fantasies, their kiss becomes insignificant. However, Guri warns Seiji that they must find a suitable partner for him soon, or else they will both suffer dire consequences.
