At the Time Photo Studio, partners Lu Guang and Cheng Xiaoshi tackle unique assignments that call upon their complementary talents to journey back in time via photographs. In one particular case, they encounter Liu Siwen, who yearns to wed his beloved Ou Yang yet faces a daunting obstacle in the form of her father, a martial arts expert. To earn his approval, Liu Siwen must defeat him in a combat match, but his deficient abilities leave him hopeless. Seeking aid, he turns to Lu Guang and Cheng Xiaoshi, who team up to hatch a clever scheme for triumphing over Ou Yang's father. However, bringing their strategy to fruition proves to be tougher than envisioned.
