Every year, the esteemed Rikkyouin High School holds a drawing to decide who will make up the upcoming year's Student Council. Chihiro Enomoto clinches the presidency on the first day of school, while his long-time pal Tokino Akiyama secures the vice-presidential spot. However, there is a condition - they must undergo a year-long probationary period under the watchful eye of the current Student Council. Any shortcomings in carrying out even the slightest task could lead to their expulsion from the school.
