Kirby, a small pink creature floating in space, crashes down onto Dream Land. After meeting the inhabitants of Cappy Town, he takes it upon himself to protect them from the monsters sent by King Dedede, the self-proclaimed ruler who employs the aid of the wicked Nightmare Enterprises.
