After saving Earth from the Zonder Empire and the 31 Primevals, Gutsy Galaxy Guard face a new adversary in the form of the evil organization BioNet. Teaming up with their French counterparts, Chasseur, and wielding the newly-constructed GaoFighGar, GGG embarks on a mission to stop BioNet's plans. However, GGG suffers a major setback when Mamoru Amami, who has been cloned by the infamous "Eleven Kings of Sol," steals the recently-discovered "Q-Parts" and the original Gao Machines, while the organization's bases around the world are attacked. Meanwhile, Renais Cardiff Shishioh - a former BioNet cyborg hell-bent on taking revenge for losing her humanity - joins Chasseur's ranks. In a race against time, GGG is forced to leave Earth and battle the Eleven Kings of Sol in the far reaches of the galaxy to rescue Mamoru and save the day.
