While on a skiing trip at Kyousuke's grandparent's house during their winter break, he and his friends are unsettled by the tale of a cursed mountain that brings bad luck to couples who ski down it together. As they navigate their emotions and hidden affections, their original plans go awry. Hoping for a romantic escape, Kyousuke and Madoka head to Hawaii but things quickly take a dark turn when their friend Hikaru is kidnapped. Utilizing his supernatural powers, Kyousuke must rescue Hikaru without revealing his abilities to Madoka. As Kyousuke buries his nose in books for exams, he becomes envious of his uncomplicated pets. But his grandfather hands him a magic rope that has the power to swap bodies, and Kyousuke soon realizes he may have bitten off more than he can chew. When his cousin Akane pays a visit, chaos ensues with her ability to create illusions. Things are further complicated by her growing infatuation with Madoka and her competition with Kyousuke for her affections. During preparations for a local music festival, Kyousuke collides with a famous idol and they accidentally swap bodies. Kyousuke must somehow retrieve his original body and keep his secret under wraps before the festival. Kyousuke is tormented by a dream where his cousin Akane attempts to seduce him. His disgust turns to confusion when Akane asks him to be her fake boyfriend in front of her acquaintances. Madoka is overjoyed to witness her father perform in Japan, until she catches him with another woman and her emotions are thrown into turmoil.
