Despite her unassuming appearance as a convenience store worker, Reinya is actually the Phantom Thief Reinya, joined by her partner Chūtarō in their covert bunker located beneath the store. Their primary objective is to pilfer valuable gold treasures by concocting elaborate schemes. Unfortunately, their efforts are constantly foiled by a trio of bumbling policemen stationed next door: a lecherous inspector, a ditzy female officer, and a smitten detective infatuated with Reinya.
