At 23 years old, Yoshihito finds himself without a job or significant other. To make up for this lack of income, he decides to rent out a room in his house. During a tour with his first tenant, Lily, they are ambushed by a vampire named Vivian, revealing Lily's true identity as a werewolf. As Lily moves in with Yoshihito, he is recruited by an organization responsible for keeping the parallel universes in check. His house soon becomes a haven for various unusual creatures in need of housing.
