After breaking out of Green Dolphin Street Jail, Jolyne Kuujou, Ermes Costello, and Emporio Alniño embark on a mission to find Enrico Pucci, a malevolent priest, throughout Florida. Weather Report and Narciso Anasui rush to join them in the fight against Pucci's team of Stand users, but they quickly realize that the battle will be more difficult than they ever imagined. As Pucci races towards the Kennedy Space Center, Jolyne and her crew face increasing danger. Pucci's ultimate goal is to take away humanity's free will and enslave them in a state of eternal happiness. With Joutarou, her father, unable to assist while incapacitated, Jolyne draws on the skills she learned during her solitary confinement to face Pucci and bring an end to the final conflict that will determine the fate of the world.
