In 2048, the world was taken by storm with the emergence of a new racing phenomenon – the "Immortal Grand Prix," or IGPX for short. It quickly surpassed all previous motor sports and ignited a frenzy among fans. In order to accommodate the growing industry, an entire city was built to host the thrilling races on a massive track. The IGPX requires two teams, each consisting of three state-of-the-art humanoid mechs known as IG machines, driven by humans to race at breakneck speeds of over 400 km/h. Competitors must complete three laps on a challenging 60 km course, while also trying to intercept their opponents and secure first place. Victory can only be achieved by the top-performing machines, pilots, and teams in this adrenaline-fueled contest.
