Having successfully escaped the zombie-infested mainland, Takashi Komuro and his team stumble upon a remote island off the coast of Tokonosu City. While scavenging for essentials, they chance upon a quaint seaside cabin, which offers them warmth and clothing for the night. After procuring food for the day, they start cooking their meal over a blazing fire. However, the group starts feeling uneasy and disoriented as a filmy mist starts enveloping them. The cause of the discomfort is discovered to be the presence of hydrangeas in the vicinity, a perilous plant that induces hallucinations. Hastily making their way out of the area, the crew avoids any further disturbances caused by the dangerous flora.
