Four marine high schools, including Yokosuka Girls, engage in an operation to thwart the heavily-armed seafort manned by pirates from reaching Japan. While this happens, Mashiro faces a significant dilemma of either assuming the role of a ship's captain or remaining with her companions onboard the Harekaze.
