Amidst the chaos of World Wars and an uncertain future, Germany found itself seeking support from unlikely sources in North Italy and Japan. Despite North Italy being a descendant of the once-powerful Ancient Rome, the nation is often underestimated and perceived as weak due to their fixation on pasta. Meanwhile, Japan is viewed as dependable and practical, but also possesses curious obsessions that leave others perplexed. With luck seeming to have abandoned them, Germany must devise a plan to ensure the success of this delicate partnership. To make matters worse, the chaos of the war brings forth the Allied Forces, determined to impede the progress of the Axis Powers. Although they share a common goal, centuries of animosity between the Allies prevent them from forming a united front. The ensuing clashes play out in an amusing and captivating manner as these anthropomorphized nations act out events from World War I and II.
