After serving as a waiter at Kissui Inn for a while, Ohana Matsumae feels like her glow has dimmed. The daily rituals of her job have grown too predictable, distressing her since she had started working at the inn with the aim to sparkle. While training Yuina Wakura, a friend and classmate who is also the rival owner of Fukuya Inn's daughter, Ohana stumbles upon some old records that mention her mother, Satsuki. These archives could provide her with some insight into her mother's history as she doesn't know much about her. Despite a few challenges faced by the Kissui Inn workforce, Ohana is committed to discovering more about her mother while also maintaining the regular operations of the business.
