Rally Vincent is an expert with firearms, whereas her partner Minne May Hopkins finds joy in handling explosives. Together, they operate a firearms store in violation of the law. One day, a man named Bill Collins, who works for the ATF, coerces Rally and Minnie May into collaborating with the agency. Unbeknownst to them, they will become embroiled in a mission of monumental proportions.
