Shoujo-tachi wa Kouya wo Mezasu portrays a journey of self-discovery and the pursuit of an unconventional career. The protagonist, Buntarou Hojo, is a gifted high school writer struggling to chart his path in life. However, Sayuki Kuroda, a perceptive classmate, recognizes his potential and invites him to join a team dedicated to creating bishoujo games. Initially dubious and mistaking it for a date, Buntarou eventually acquiesces to join the team.
