Kaori Kimeki's fantasy manga, published in "Princess" magazine, serves as the foundation for this project. The first episode, alongside the abridged edition of the Aim for the Ace 2 OVA series, premiered in theaters on July 9, 1988. The complete series was then released on VHS starting September 1 of the same year.
