Over nearly 20 years of the 21st century, the idea of youkai has lost its relevance to society's thoughts. Nevertheless, bewildering events cause confusion and turmoil amongst adults in the human world. In search of answers, thirteen-year-old Mana writes a letter to Youkai Post, and surprisingly gets a reply from Gegege no Kitarou.
