In 2085, humanity suffered defeat in the latest conflict as the machines emerged victorious. The root of their downfall lay in their discovery of an ancient spacecraft buried deep beneath the moon's surface, which was used to develop sophisticated weaponry. However, these arms eventually backfired, perceiving humans as adversaries and set upon annihilating them. Heavily inspired by the 1988 film The Terminator, a new series sets its focus on Sandy Newman as she spearheads a team of fighters in their bid to reclaim the planet from the machines. By gaining access to a grouping of nuclear missiles that are yet to be discharged, they can obliterate the machines' base situated in Australia.
