Yuu Arimura was once a celebrated idol who fell in love with horse racing after an initial glimpse and yearns to enroll in the academy. Unlike Yuu, Shun Kanami spent his childhood on an isolated island and can only recall horse races through radio broadcasts. Lastly, Amane hails from a distinguished lineage in England, with his father serving as a former jockey. Amane already acquired experience attending numerous horse racing academies worldwide. The plot centers on these fifteen-year-old boys' exploits and travails at the academy.
