Dee Laytner and Randy "Ryo" Maclean, partners at the New York Police Department, have taken a vacation in the English countryside. Dee arranged the trip with a secret plan to romantically pursue Ryo. However, their holiday turns sour when Ryo discovers a corpse floating in a serene lake. Now, faced with a disruption to their romantic getaway, the duo must assess their priorities and decide whether to focus on solving the case or their own relationship.
