Jack had moved to Hokkaido seeking medical treatment, but he was now overwhelmed with loneliness and dissatisfaction. However, one night, a stranger on a horse unexpectedly came in through his window to help him out. Jack was surprised to recognize the man as Cu Chulainn, although he could not recall ever meeting him before. Cu Chulainn instructed Jack to open the moonlight shadow window, which then transported him to Nymphidia, the land of Midsummer Night's Dream. There, he discovered that the inhabitants were eagerly anticipating the arrival of a new Fairy King. This narrative is based on Ryoko Yamagishi's 1978 manga.
