As a teen, Renton is stuck toiling away as a mechanic in a dull town. Yet, he aspires to take to the skies with adventurous pilots known as Gekkostate and continue his father's legacy of heroics. Suddenly, Renton's world is upended when a striking woman called Eureka needs his services. He quickly becomes embroiled in a heart-pumping mecha battle, drawing the attention of the military. Once the smoke clears, Renton receives an invitation to join Gekkostate, but he soon unearths a sinister side to living his dream.
