Eureka created a virtual world inside the intelligent scub coral. When it collapsed, the inhabitants of the virtual world appeared on Earth and called themselves "Green Earth," while the original Earth humans became "Blue Earth." This caused constant conflicts between the two groups. Dewey Novak, a senior officer in the Green Earth Armed Forces, plans a large-scale terrorism scheme to protect their dignity. Eureka is detested by the world, but becomes a combatant with the UN's A.C.I.D. unit. She chooses the path of atonement and is tasked with protecting Iris, a new Eureka who can control scab coral. After a rocky start, they understand each other through their shared struggles. When the world faces crisis, Eureka fights to protect Iris and their world. She hopes for a future of peace and protection.
