Yurine Hanazono, an adept in the occult, has summoned the demon Jashin-chan to Earth. Unfortunately for both of them, Yurine doesn't know how to send Jashin-chan back to Hell, and the demon finds herself stuck at Yurine's apartment as her familiar. Jashin-chan can only return if she manages to kill her summoner, but being an inept demon makes this impossible. Yurine takes advantage of this by attacking Jashin-chan with various weapons, putting her through gruesome punishments. Jashin-chan's demon friends, the good-natured Gorgon Medusa and the lively minotaur Minosu, regularly visit her and express their disapproval of her plans to harm Yurine. Jashin-chan Dropkick is a comedic tale of the unlikely roommates and their eccentric behavior as they engage in a cat-and-mouse game.
