Ling Fei-long, a Chinese student hailing from the White Dragon clan, has relocated to Japan and serves as the protagonist of this tale. As descendants of legendary creatures, his clan is one of four that dwells within Chinese mountains. However, Ling has been forced to leave his homeland and reside in Japan as a consequence of taking the life of an innocent human. His new surroundings offer him the opportunity to discover more about humanity and develop strategies for controlling his powers in their presence.
