The laboratory computers awaken Dr. Gero's Androids #13, #14, and #15 who promptly rush to the mall where Goku is present. Following the defeat of #14 and #15 by Goku, Trunks, and Vegeta, #13 assimilates their internal computers and transforms into a super being of superior strength to the original trio. The responsibility of thwarting #13 now rests solely on Goku's shoulders.
