Another Tenka'ichi Budokai is being held by Mr. Money and invites the entire world to participate, but unbeknownst to Mr. Satan, an ancient villain named Bojack has escaped his imprisonment and joined the competition. With Goku presently deceased, Gohan, Vegeta, and Trunks are the ones responsible for defeating Bojack and his associates.
