Returning to Flonyard in the second season of Dog Days, Cinque takes up his role as Biscotti Republic's hero seamlessly. However, this time he's accompanied by two friends who also become heroes in their own right. One is his childhood best friend Rebecca Anderson, who heeded the call of Princess Couvert Eschenbach Pastillage and took up the mantle of a hero for Principality of Pastillage. The other is his cousin Nanami Takatsuki, who became the hero for the Galette Lion Dominion. While these three hyper and athletic teenagers love participating in various athletic events, they also have their plates full with unraveling secrets and solving mysteries just like in the first season. The pressing question is whether they can manage to do it all.
