Due to a substantial debt, Octopus Paul faced incessant harassment from his creditors. As a result, he opted to withdraw from society with his family and take up residence in a concealed underwater abode to live a reclusive existence. Sadly, an unforeseeable encounter with a cunning one-eyed shark, portrayed by Tan Mantang, altered his course. The shark's cunning words and ridicule persuaded Paul to experiment with gambling, resulting in his downfall as he became overconfident and conceited.
