A new Devilman project has emerged to commemorate Go Nagai's 50th anniversary as a creator. The plot revolves around Akira Fudou, who discovers from his best friend Ryou Asuka that a tribe of ancient demons aim to reclaim the Earth from humanity. Ryou proposes that Akira must merge with a demon and harness their extraordinary abilities to defeat them. Thus, Akira transforms into Devilman, fusing the power of a demon with the spirit of a human. The story centers on the confrontation between Akira Fudou and Devilman as they engage in a fierce battle.
