The first episode of Debutante Detective Corps introduces us to five wealthy protagonists: Miyuki, Reika, Youko, Nina, and Kimiko. The girls receive a menacing video, but the sender remains unknown. As a precaution, police officers are stationed at their school. Kimiko detests being confined and persuades her peers to deceive the guards. Unfortunately, the moment the police depart, the friends are ambushed by three armed terrorists. Their subsequent attempts to stop the assailants make for a comically absurd adventure.
