Previously famous for its year-round cherry blossom display, Hatsune-Jima now only witnesses the beauty of spring blooms since losing its ability two years ago. Jun'ichi Asakura, a senior at Kazami Academy, is among a group of both old and new companions. One summer afternoon, during a fierce storm, a peculiar girl named Aisia appears at Jun'ichi's doorstep seeking Sakura's grandmother to learn magic. However, Aisia mistakenly assumes that Jun'ichi can tutor her after discovering that Yoshino has passed away. Although Jun'ichi's only special skill is making Japanese confectionaries, Aisia persists in her hunt for magic on the island. In the meantime, Kazami Academy is revamping its medical staff amid the chaos.
