Miyu, an eighth-grade student, was left in the care of Mr. Saionji when her NASA-employed parents departed for America. However, her situation becomes more complicated when Mr. Saionji leaves for a one-year trip to India. Miyu is then alone with Mr. Saionji's son, Kanata, when they unexpectedly receive an alien child and caregiver who crash-land in their home. The already tricky situation becomes even more challenging when the alien infant starts to refer to Miyu and Kanata as their parents, and they exhibit psychic powers while hovering around the house.
