The plot will follow Joe Shimamura and his fellow cyborgs as they confront the formidable Bresudo, a mysterious group with extraordinary abilities and a long history of manipulating human affairs. Despite the ominous shadow they cast, most people refuse to acknowledge the Bresudo's existence. However, when American journalist Lucie Davenport travels to Texas to connect with a particular family, she crosses paths with the cyborgs. These individuals, who were once charged with safeguarding humanity, now lead tranquil lives following the formation of the UN Guardian troops.
