Discovering the existence of demons in Tokyo, Dr. Gilmore and his original group of Cyborgs face off against Devilman, a fearsome demon believed to be working with the extremist organization, Black Ghost, who profits from war. However, the situation intensifies when Dr. Adams, a scientist linked with Black Ghost, unveils his newest generation of teenage Cyborg prototypes with the intention of taking on 009 and his companions.
