Honey Kisaragi marks her sixteenth birthday by meeting her father, only for him to appear injured and fleeing from danger. Suddenly, a group of hoodlums and a monstrous creature materialize. Honey and her father are saved by a detective named Seiji Hayama, but the latter is eventually kidnapped by the monster. Devastated, Honey returns home to find it destroyed. However, a suave gentleman gifts her a device to combat the abductors and restore her hope. With it, Honey can transmute into different shapes to defeat Panther Zora, the malevolence responsible for the turmoil.
