The Crayon Shin-chan anime presents a unique 60-minute episode that combines a crossover between Shin-chan and Kamen Rider Den-O live action tokusatsu series, along with three typical summer-themed episodes. To maintain consistency, the Den-O figures are drawn using Shin-chan's standard character style. Furthermore, during the commercial breaks, viewers were treated to glimpses of a live-action Shin-Chan on the Den-Liner, or interacting with the Kamen Rider Den-O characters. In many of these scenes, the Owner gives Shin a motivational talk or makes him feel uneasy.
