In the past 8 years, Western Civilization paid a visit to Japan during the 19th century. The country saw an influx of mechanized dolls and steam-powered machines that quickly gained popularity. The Wind Gang, a fanatical group of doll and steam users, fully embraced this new Industrial Era and believed in utilizing violent methods to bring about change. One fateful day, they launched an attack on Hiwou, a young doll user living in a tranquil village, ultimately destroying it. To escape, Hiwou and his friends fled with a colossal doll called Homura. Now, Hiwou's main goal is to locate his father, who can offer invaluable help in defeating the Wind Gang and restoring peace to Japan.
