After a hiatus, Ryo Saeba returns as the City Hunter - an independent investigator who navigates the bustling Tokyo streets as a "sweeper". He teams up with Kaori Makimura, his crime-fighting partner, to tackle various urgent cases. Ryo's outstanding ability to shoot accurately helps him neutralize criminals; however, he also has a penchant for pursuing beautiful women.
