In this OVA, we witness the possible consequences of Conan Edogawa and Ai Haibara's decision not to consume the APTX 4869 antidote, ten years into the future. As they carry on with their detective work, we observe their personal evolution, as well as that of their companions Genta, Mitsuhiko, and Ayumi.
