When Sakura Kinomoto, an average fourth-grade student from Tomoeda, discovered a peculiar book of cards named "The Clow," everything changed. By accident, she unleashed each of the powerful "Clow Cards" that had been created by a sorcerer named Clow Reed before being magically sealed away. This event awakened Keroberos, or "Kero," the Beast of the Seal, who warned Sakura of the danger that the released Cards pose to the world. To save everyone, Kero appointed Sakura as the "Cardcaptor." He gave her the Sealed Key and tasked her with locating and recapturing all the Cards. Sakura's best friend, Tomoyo Daidouji, joined her on her journey, and Kero provided guidance. But Sakura had to learn how to balance her new responsibilities with her ordinary life. She faced everyday difficulties while also embarking on magical adventures as the Cardcaptor Sakura.
