Although Maki, Reimi, and Yuka may not fit the mold of traditional crime-fighting heroes, they were assigned to traffic patrol duty instead of more exciting police jobs. But when Yuka is kidnapped by a white slave organization with ties to influential politicians, everything changes. The other authorities are helpless against the powerful businessman who controls the ring. Maki and Reimi refuse to give up on their colleague and decide to rescue her themselves.
