The public remains blissfully unaware of their existence, as dragons operate in a parallel dimension known as "Reverse London," hidden from plain sight. Ninny Spangcole, a member of a popular girl group in Front London, works as a "Witch" for Wing Bind in Reverse London, an organization devoted to eradicating the beasts and keeping both cities safe via magic. Ninny and her colleague, Noel Niihashi, are also tasked with protecting Baldo Ywain Parks, a young man with a perplexing dragon connection. For almost a century, their hard work has kept the peace and avoided deadly dragon attacks. However, a Dark Dragon unexpectedly surfaces in Reverse London, wreaking havoc in the city due to Baldo's presence. To make matters worse, Ninny's ex-bandmate appears in Reverse London, accompanied by another powerful dragon, causing even more trouble.
