The main character of the narrative is Ichigo Kurosaki, who dedicates himself to fighting against the malevolent spirits known as Hollows that pose a significant threat to his hometown Karakura. His trusted comrades include Orihime Inoue, a childhood friend gifted in the art of healing, Yasutora Sado, a classmate with incredible strength, and Uryuu Ishida, his rival. However, the arrival of the ominous Asguiaro Ebern interrupts Ichigo's mission and brings back Yhwach, an ancient Quincy leader intent on reigniting the longstanding conflict between the Soul Reapers and Quincies. Yhwach seeks to eliminate both the human world and the Soul Society. Yhwach launches a dual assault against the Soul Society and Hueco Mundo, the abode of Hollows and Arrancar. In response, Ichigo and his companions band together with former foes to stop Yhwach's totalitarian regime and save the world from utter devastation.
