In 1580, Nobunaga Oda is close to achieving absolute domination over Japan through his highly trained army and advanced weaponry. Among his loyal enforcers is Ginnai Doma, a once-fallen samurai now resurrected as an invincible killing machine. While Ginnai wreaks havoc on any ninja or dissenters opposed to Nobunaga's agenda, Shishimaru of the Iga Ninja sets out on a solo mission to seek revenge for his fallen comrades and eliminate the immortal warrior, going against the plans of the Koga Ninja.
